Double-Sided Used Scaffold Wood: Thinner Scaffold Wood with Authentic Look

Double-sided used scaffold wood is the ideal solution when standard used scaffold wood is too thick for your application. Through a customized process, we offer the same characterful wood, but in a thinner and more manageable version.

For this product, we start with original used scaffold wood measuring 32 x 200 x 5000 mm. First, the end edges with metal connections are removed, after which the boards are cut to a length of approximately 4600 mm. Then, the pieces are sawed lengthwise to a thickness of about 15 mm.

The result is a unique board where one side retains the authentic, used appearance, while the other side has a fresh, sawn finish. This makes double-sided used scaffold wood particularly versatile in use.

Due to its limited thickness, this type of scaffold wood is ideal for applications such as wall cladding, interior finishing, and lightweight furniture construction, where standard scaffold wood is often too heavy or too solid.

As with other used scaffold wood, there may be variations and signs of use, which only add to the character and charm of the product.
